Ruby Vase

Description: Ruby ribbon-trailed flared vase, designed by Barnaby Powell in 1932, however production of the ruby colour did not commence until 1938, just before World War II. The colour was a vibrant departure from previous, subtle colours used by the firm, and became very popular during the post-war era. Pattern No. 8886.

Condition:
Good, expected minor wear to base, some rubbing from use on the inside.
