Monart Vase

Description: A good example of an above average colourway, similar to the one illustrated in “Ysart Glass” page 61 plate 30. Pastel blue foot and lower half, with a citrine and aventurine upper half, having green and mauve whorls to the middle. Almost all of the original manufacturers label - VIII+/ RC / 460 - to the base as well as the original price label of 15/6p (about 78p in today’s currency). Shape ‘RC’, C1930’.
