vasart lamp base

Description: A well-controlled “Harlequin” colour-way example of a conical lamp base form. The colours used in the base are pleasingly vibrant and use a purposely limited spectrum. The fitting appears to be the original. No acid mark or label, C1956-63. PROVENANCE: This Lamp base was part of the Micheal Parkington Collection, as sold at Christies in the late 1990’s.

25.7cm/10 1/8 inches overall height.

Condition:
Excellent, no chips, cracks, bruises or scratching to the body. No wear apparent.
